Hi, unfortunately I didn't provide for deleting saves in the game. But found how you could delete them manually.
You need to run the registry editor: regedit.exe
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Unity\UnityEditor\WithPantsu\SisterFriendsSleep.
And delete all the entries there, or modify them to access levels you haven't passed
